Bishop Barthélemy ADOUKONOU

Secretary Emeritus of the Pontifical Council for Culture, Former Secretary General of CERAO, Former Member of the International Theological Commission, Monsignor Barthélemy Adoukonou founded, together with the community intellectual sage Daa René AKANZAN, the inculturation movement, Le Sillon Noir, on October 19, 1970. He was the first Director of the QIC Center and the Moderator of the Higher Institute of Religious Studies and Missiology ISSR-NDI.
