ISSR-NDI training
The CRS-NDI is a melting pot of methodological and epistemological quest, at the school of the community intellectual Sage, and a place of theological discernment of the contemporary areopagus of culture, with their forms of social intelligence. It is also a place of transmission of knowledge, know-how and know-how tested through the training provided by the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences and Missiology (ISSR-NDI).
Presentation of the ISSR-NDI
The ISSR-NDI was created on November 16, 2017 so that research on culture in all its historical amplitude and the quest for the intelligence of faith in a world to be transformed becomes an educational tradition and a missionary dynamism at the heart of the Church and African society. Two training offers:
F.I.A.T. (Formation in Anthropological and Theological Inculturation);
CHURCH. (Training in Economics, Management and Leadership of Church Institutions and Structures.
F.I.A.T.
The F.I.A.T. introduces the learner to the way of reweaving the link, lost today but alive in the patristic period, between the lived experience of the faith of Christians, the culture of the environment and theological elaborations. In his didactic approach, he combines practical research, theoretical elaboration, pastoral and mission.
E.G.L.I.S.E.
The E.G.L.I.S.E. aims to provide bursars and managers of ecclesial reporting structures with a formation that combines mastery of modern management and management tools with the spirit of the evangelical counsels. This training is intended to be an instrument of evangelization of the practice of economic management and a place of learning in solidarity economy and participatory development.
