Diverse activities

Apart from the research work in the Laboratories and Research Teams, the work of publishing the results of the research, apart from the institutional training given to the Branches of the ISSR-NDI, the CRS-NDI would like to offer some other services to the Church and civil society:

 management of the constitution of missionary research teams according to the methodology of the community intellectual in all the dioceses that would like it;

 session of spiritual initiation to inculturation for all the faithful;

 introduction to the local language and culture for newly established religious institutes;

 missiology session;

 methodology seminars for young academics;

 lectures to any person of culture, university professors or executives inserted in civil society or in State structures;

 conferences in African languages to the general African public in an unstable balance between tradition and modernity;

 awakening of childhood to culture and inculturation;

 cultural andragogy session;

 Spiritual Exercises targeting the junction between heart conversion and cultural conversion;

 sessions aimed in turn, from an inculturated perspective, on the four dimensions of the functions of the Church: koinonia, leitourgia, marturia and diakonia;

 deepening sessions, within the framework of a renewed African theology, of the great mysteries: Trinitarian, Christological, ecclesiological, Marian, etc.

 formation of childhood in inculturation;

 journey: the African woman at the school of Mary;

 capacity building of cultural subjects.

 

The implementation of these various activities is part of a duration that takes into account the slowness of any process of change of mentality. The commitment to inculturation is a long-distance race, a path of endurance which is practiced only by those who agree to embrace the mysticism of the sower.
